Lake Nona Water Mark Apartments

This community that is wonderful for all ages and people. The units and grounds are very well maintained. The admin team is very supportive friendly and welcoming people with empathy. The maintenance team is timely curious and friendly. They get the job done. Naomi and Pauline care about everyone they come in contact with just showing what this community stands for. You feel safe here. There is also various activities set-up for all. We have food trucks, jazz concerts, zumba, and trunk treats during halloween. This is the best community I have been in and I been in several. Parking is never a problem. Close to all types of shopping, parks, and restaurants. So if you are looking for luxury housing with a great team WaterMark Lake Nona is highly recommended.

I love living at Water Mark. The pool area is beautiful, and the manager, Xiomara, is amazing. The entire team is lovely! I’m grateful to call this place home!

Lake Nona Watermark Apartments is an exceptional place to live! The management and all the staff (specially Dimas and Noelia) are always professional, responsible, and incredibly efficient. The grounds are always well-maintained, and the cleanliness around the property really stands out. It’s a peaceful and beautiful environment, with great amenities and a welcoming community. I rented with our daughter for 3 years. Our daughter had a positive experience primarily, and we were especially appreciative of the on site staff and maintenance team. But, having left the apartment after 3 years, in great condition, they tried to deduct half our security deposit and provided no explanation for the deduction. It was ultimately 100% returned after I protested their deduction of money, but I was disappointed in their attempt to keep our deposit for no valid reason. We left the apartment in pristine clean condition and fortunately, we documented our before and after via video which helped us to get a full security deposit refund. I was disappointed that they withheld funds for no valid reason and only refunded the funds when I protested their deduction. They inspected
