Lake Nona Concorde Apartments

I wish I could take Concorde and all its amenities and staff with me to New York , very sad to leave but grateful for my 2 years living here with my sister. Safe and conveniently located with the friendliest staff you could ask for!! (special s/o to Lisette who’s been such a star from the first day we toured the property & Juan who always has a big smile on his face even when fixing something I had stupidly broken in my apartment ). Having the best apartment life coordinators that organized monthly events allowed us to make new friends or just gave us a reason to leave our rooms some days. You can tell the whole team really value building community <3 .

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Concorde Apartments! The staff here truly go above and beyond. I want to highlight, Lisette, Johanna, and Nersida for their outstanding support. They are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful-whether it’s answering questions, resolving maintenance requests quickly, or just making the community feel like home. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residence and they work hard to keep everything running smoothly. The community itself is well-maintained, quiet, in a great location. I’m really happy to call this place home. Thanks again to Lisette, Johanna, and Nersida for making it such a great experience!

After living in 5 different apartments for 5 years, we are renewing our lease here because we love it so much. The community and location is amazing and everyone in the neighborhood is so kind and welcoming. Every single person we have spoken to has been so friendly. The front office staff is very helpful and understanding and Nersida especially is the best! Since the day we toured, she has always been there for whatever we need and has gone out of her way to see how we are doing. The maintenance workers are amazing and truly so helpful and kind. Every single day they have a smile on their face and greet everyone in the neighborhood. I’ve lived at Concorde Apartments for about seven months now, and my experience has been wonderful. From the very beginning of my lease, Nersida has been extremely helpful, always approachable, kind, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns I’ve had. She truly goes above and beyond to make the process smooth. The maintenance staff is equally impressive. They are friendly, professional, and always respond quickly to requests, making sure things are fixed right away. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. My kids love the community, and we’ve all felt very welcomed and comfortable.

I love living here. Moved in recently, I love the location and the whole complex is clean and visually appealing. The ladies at the front were great with helping during the application process and were very pleasant. Lots of stuff close by. Love the coffee machine in the ckubhouse.
