Lake Mist Apartments

I have been a resident of Lakemist almost 4 years. These are indeeone of the best maintained Apartments in Charlotte. Vilma our apartment manager is awesome in helping the families at our apartment's. Maintenance orders are handled in the same day or the very next day. The apartment's are within a mile of multiple grocery stores restaurants and every need of life. But it's the staff our apartment manager Vilma and her crew that make living here comfortable, safe and pleasurable. Thank you truly Lakemist staff Robert and Yasmin Craig

I Visited The Complex It's Very Clean And Nice But The Apartment I Visited Was Totally Damaged I Have The Photos And A Male Did The Unthinkable To The Apartment It's Sad That Some Women Let Lil Boys ( Suppose To Be Grown) Would Destroy Where Your Family Lays There Head😭😭😭 It's A Sad Deal Tbh And I Think The Resident Should Pay For All The Damages Which Is A Couple Thousands..... Here Is The Photos Apt 1100 Unit C

Lake mist is a nice place clean and management is great. Ms. Velma is always committed to helping the community. I love the fact that no one goes hungry something the world faces today is hungry and this place takes care of there community.

I cannot recommend Lake Mist Apartments enough! Maria and Vilma in the office are super friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help with any request. From the beginning of the application process to move in they made sure everything was taken care of, any question I had they answered immediately. Maria helped me with my application kept me in the loop with the process and gave me information to help me along the way with resources for myself and my kids. Absolutely love them! Would recommend Lake Mist to everyone!

Yesterday the owners treated the residents to free lunch from Nacho Average Truck! I have never seen such love and appreciation for residents at any other development I’ve lived in. Our community is full of families with small children and what was done yesterday helped so many to have a full belly. What a beautiful way to end this year. Thank you Vilma and property owner!
