Never done a review before, but yeah here comes a review from someone who's lived here for 3 years: •Complex changes hands from company to company so many times that you never know who you're dealing with (changed 3 times in the 3 years I've lived there). •Units have openings in the panels and windows that allows an excess of bugs in, leading to SEVERE roach problems. Of the 4 times I called an exterminator, all 4 times all they did was spray 2 places, make an offhanded comment over a cat smell (i have a cat, so yeah?), and leave. And when I asked for the holes to be filled, someone came in, filled one of the 6+ holes, and left. •Someone stole the 25lb weights from the gym weeks ago and no one has replaced it since. •The laundromat is down for repairs so often, you may as well buy a washer

UPDATE: it has been 2 weeks and nobody has bother to reach out to me about my application AT ALL. The portal is still saying my application has been submitted even though I’m approved. Sheyla the leasing agent never reached out to show me a video of another floor plan since she was in a rush to leave to handle personal business during working hours. Now I believe one of the reviews that was made about her. I’m sure Carroll management group wouldn’t be happy. She knew I only had 2 days to be moved in. Now I’m giving this property and sheyla a 1 star! I found them on the updated lower price. For a 2 bed updated it’s 1200$ and I think that’s good for how they look; anything higher i personally don’t think it’s worth it. I lived here for 3 years. Everything seem great until last year when all hell broke loose. Roaches coming out of nowhere and the above apartment flooded and the water came down into my apartment. My upstairs neighbor had it worse and it was like management didn’t care. I complained about the roaches and they would come spray but it seemed to get worse. I even expressed there is an infestation and all they would do is send pest control. When I found a roach crawling on my baby‘s crib I was done. I had to move ASAP because the mold and structure didn’t make me feel safe especially with my baby being there. I added a few photos.

This was truly a 5 star experience! My mom and I had the most amazing tour experience, and a huge part of it was thanks to our guide, Frankie. From the moment we met him, his energy was beautiful! He brought so much enthusiasm and warmth to the tour that it was impossible not to feel uplifted. His positive attitude really made the entire experience special, and we could tell he genuinely cares about his work and sharing his knowledge. Frankie’s passion and joy were not only inspiring but also made the whole tour feel like a personal, unforgettable experience. We left feeling uplifted, hopeful, and grateful for the time spent with him. We've been to so many properties with guides that never gave us this energy.
