Lake Ivanhoe Shores

Living at Lake Ivanhoe Shores for the past two years has been an excellent experience. I love my apartment. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is awesome. My dog loves it too. So many places to go for walks. This place is a hidden gem.

I’ve been at Lake Ivanhoe Shores for just over 6 months and I love it! The neighborhood is very walkable. The grounds are meticulously maintained by the staff. Maintenance staff is friendly, courteous and highly attentive. Also this is important: literally I have never seen ONE bug in my apartment. The pest control is top notch. The laundry room is clean, secure and well kept. When I first moved in there were a few issues with some systems in the apartment (these buildings are old) but each one was addressed in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. The only criticism I could give would be this: it was hard to get into an apartment here, but for the price this place is just awesome!

Love these apartments, I've been here for 2 years and have just renewed the lease for the 3rd. Location is perfect, then the size and rent are as good as it gets for this area. Dog friendly as well, which is always a plus! There is definitely a charm to this complex with it's pink exterior and large balconies! In terms of service, while the property manager and her staff are very busy with not only this property but a few others in Orlando - I never wait more than 24 hours to have a maintenance issue addressed.

I've lived here about 5 months now and love it. The neighborhood is amazing and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It's the perfect spot to be downtown without actually being downtown. They are older buildings with quirks but I think that only adds to the charm. Lovely wood floors, large balcony and spacious bedroom and living room.

I've been living at Lake Ivanhoe Shores about 4 months and absolutely love it so far. You can't beat the location-- lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance with gorgeous views of the lake. I love the size/layout of the apartment, the large balcony, and friendly neighbors. Prior to moving in, getting approved for the lease was a tedious process and took about a month with lots of unanswered phone calls and emails. Finally was able to move in after tons of perseverance and staff has been speedy and helpful since. I'm happy to call this place "home."
