Lake Forest

We absolutely love our three-bedroom unit its literally so spacious & we can tell it’s been well-maintained, with all appliances and fixtures basically being brand new. The move-in process was seamless, and Edgar, our agent, was incredibly accommodating. Despite his busy schedule, he maintained a positive demeanor and expedited the process. Even when he was not in the office, Britania was available to address our inquiries and provide assistance. The entire team collaborated effectively, and Kristen ensured that all our needs were met. Additionally, they conducted a thorough walkthrough and documented any necessary repairs. Great work !

Lake Forest was not prepared for my scheduled tour. No golf cart to take me to a unit. No extra person to watch the desk if she left anyway. No models to allow me to do a self-guided tour. It took me 30 minutes to get here - for NOTHING! The worst part is that they sent me multiple reminders to attend the tour. It’s really going to take a lot of “romancing” to get me interested again.

Honestly horrible place you are better off, finding another apartment complex unless you like parking all the way at another building instead of parking where you’re building is at Because people who don’t live here take up parking. Don’t bother even telling anybody that works there because they don’t give a crap about anything. Moving in was a mess because they had cleaners show up on the day we were moving in plus the maintenance team just goes into your apartment whenever Sometimes even without telling you, leasing office are a bunch of liars who just try to get you in and make it seem like it’s a good place but in reality their second pool hasn’t been open for three years, The car wash center doesn’t work,half of the mailboxes are broken and just sit open OH and people park behind othe

Love it here. Been living at lake Forest for almost 2 years. Office staff is great; especially Kristen. She ensures that her residents needs are met. Steve in maintenance is awesome! I have no issues with lake Forest.

Worse place ever to live! Office manager Nelle is horrible does not go out of her way or care about people or their needs, poor management all around . Unprofessional to say the least.. Requested paperwork to get off the lease sent 2 certified letters with no resolve. No call backs no help whatsoever. Allowed an illegal apartment lock out along with the mailbox lock being changed as well..Obtained a lawyer!! Finally get access to the apartment half my things are GONE !! Place was mess ..Will be taking this to corporate level. DO NOT LIVE HERE! 6months later still no return call or resolve from major illegal issues at this place… this place is unprofessional to say the least. Office and maintenance have no clue what their doing . Do not waste your time or money here..
