Lake Forest Apartments

⭐☆☆☆☆ Living at Lake Forest Apartments has been the worst rental experience of my life. Over the last few years we’ve dealt with: * **Floods and mold** that were never properly remediated — contractors even tried to cover mold with new drywall and flooring until I caught them. * **Bed bug infestations (four times!)** due to infested furniture being left by the dumpsters for weeks at a time. * **Unsafe conditions**, including hooliganism, a shooting and murder at the pool, and constant disturbances. * **Maintenance neglect** — work orders taking months (sometimes over a year) to complete, or being closed as “done” when nothing was fixed. * **Roaches, overflowing dumpsters, broken glass in parking lots, and neglected handicap parking enforcement.** * Being **overcharged for utilities** for

Micha was amazing in my tour and inquiry about these apartments. I would have chosen to live there but my job called me to live elsewhere.

Moved in for a whole week now. So far everything is fine. The old reviews made me concerned but actually it’s truly getting better. The office staffs are really friendly and helpful which is the main reason I chose to live here. The maintenance is little bit slow but they are trying. Trash cans are collected timely. Only thing I would say not good enough is that there are always trashes on the grass especially around the back buildings. And the trash can by the mailbox is always full. But considering this is one of the very few apartments that has an affordable price and in a decent area with a decent space, I can live with that. Hope this apartment will be better and better. I just moved into my newly remodel apartment . I have new appliances and they have updated lighting as well. The office staff is amazing! They help you through every step of the way to make entering your new home very easy and Rewarding! You won’t find a better place to live for the price. But really the best thing of all is the amazing customer service that you get from the Lake Forest property Management!

Andrea was great. She brought me my new refrigerator by herself when someone else didn't come in to work to help her. The old one probably wouldn't make it another day. She's a great person to work here.
