I have been here for almost 2 years. My stay here has been great. The property management staff has been so accommodating. I recently transferred to another unit within the complex. It has been easy, affordable, and seamless. I really appreciate the Lake Crossing staff for taking care of my housing needs! If you’re looking for clean affordable housing, come here!!

My experience with Chantrese and the rest of the office staff has been amazing. The move in process was simple and clear. The office staff go above and beyond with kind and caring assistance in whatever you need done. I’ve been moved in about a month and i can genuinely say i love it here and don’t dread leasing office visits. 10/10 highly recommend.

I have lived here for the past few years. There have been improvements that are aesthetically sound, and nice to continue living here. The current office staff( Cynthia, Janet, Jasmine) and the maintenance (Trevor, Andzi, and the newer gentlemen) have been amazing. I don’t usually have issues, but when I do, they are ALL in top of it. Please keep up the good work!! If you are looking for a place to call home, this is it!!

The process was easy and the leasing agents were very helpful, friendly and nice. I love the look of the apartment and the space. Shantrece was amazing and beyond beautiful inside and out! She worked tirelessly to make sure our move in was smooth and painless as possible!

I recently moved in to these apartments and I am beyond happy. A huge thank you to Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Janet. They were such a great help to me. It was a quick and easy process moving in. They were sure to respond to my emails and had all my paper work in order upon moving in. The apartment was clean and everything was in order. There was a small issue with my refrigerator but once I emailed Ms. Janet she had it taken care of the same day. I now have peace when I sleep as opposed to when I was at my previous apartment (The Pynes - STAY AWAY 😕). From the staff in the office to the application process and moving in process to actually being settled in, I give LakeCrossing an A+.
