I am so happy and grateful Lake Clearwater apartments is an environment I can call home! Courtney was very kind, pleasant and helpful during the ENTIRE experience! (Literally from start to finish.) I moved from out of town and the experience/vibes from day 1 were unmatched! All of the staff is nice, respectful and very pleasant. My apartment and the community is BEAUTIFUL! The grounds were always beautiful, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the amenities made it feel like home. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Courtney and Mikayla — they truly went above and beyond to make sure residents were happy and taken care of.
