Lake City Court

I got blessed to be able to get accepted here. Evangeline and Bao helped me IMMENSELY and RAPIDLY! I was in a desperate situation and were able to move in almost immediately. The neighbors and residents are welcoming and the children are all like family. They are very community based and have events often for the youth. I loved the park to take my children to play w our neighbors. It has security systems and guards, the outside across the street is sketchy given it is Seattle but I always felt safe near here. I miss it so so much. God bless Bao and Evangeline for helping my family and understanding our situation 😭❤️

It's a fun little play area for the kids in this neighborhood to play at. It's clean and lot's of play structures. There's even places for adults to sit if they don't want to be in the sun.

Beautiful Apartments but, unfortunately, the neighborhood is a little bit sketchy. Also, tons of homeless on the streets nearby.

Urban homesteaders everywhere and you'd be lucky to find parking if you're a visitor

Too much homeless and they stolen 💔 for example this third time they stol my car's mirror
