Live here with my mom and we had several issues since moving in. We contacted health department a few weeks ago. The maintenance supervisor with the dreadlocks I think his name is Shack & Thomas came to our unit and repaired our heat, toilet was leaking, roaches and we had drywall cutout above our shower for months! The two guys came and repaired everything same day and did a fantastic job and they were extremely professional. I have never received such great services from a maintenance team! They came right in and got straight to work and they repaired the hallway lights that have been out for months. I can definitely see the change on the property!

Updated review. Absolutely love this place. Finally got the place that I wanted here and it’s been great. Grew up in the country so it’s so nice to have a fire and hangout by the pond. This place got me over a heartbreak. Was able to listen to some Morgan Wallen and lay in the grass next to the water. Big thank you to the owner and the staff here for everything. I’ve had nothing but help here. I think some people should think about how they approach the staff here about issues. I’ve always had help here. Been a fantastic experience and I’d rather stay here than I penthouse in Miami Florida. Thank you so much to the owner of this place. Thank you for giving me a place that feels like home. ❤️

They up the rent to make this place look "modern" and "nice". Yet it's FAR from it. My mom has breathing issues and sometimes needa a breathing machine but our electricity keeps constantly blowing out. I try and call maintenance and tell them to come ASAP because we need the electricity yet to no one show up at all. I sometimes have to call 10 times just for them to come. AC will not kick off I've tried to call maintenance about that several times. There's a huge crack in an our sink vanity and when I told maintenance all they did was put blue duct tape on it..... Hot water tank works when it wants to. I try and call maintenance about that....yet surprise surprise.... NOTHING!!! Don't live here. The rent is definitely not worth it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I’m a physician who lived here for a year — the worst year of my life. The building has zero maintenance, zero accountability, and zero concern for safety or residents’ health. Water leaked from my bathroom ceiling for months with no real fix (I will post pics and vids later). No heat for three winter months (Nov–Jan). Their “solution” was a cheap portable heater. Neighbors smoke weed constantly, and management does nothing. Security is poor, and management ignores every complaint. I contacted the health department and even the emergency maintenance team — no one cared, no one came. To make things worse, they bribe new residents for fake 5-star reviews by offering discounts on fees. That’s how they hide the truth. This place should not be allowed to opera

I do not recommend living here. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will be moving when my lease is up. The maintenance people here are trash. I’ve been living here for over a year now and when I first moved in. I put in maintenance request. I had a broken water heater and when they put the new water heater in, it was to big so instead of coming to fix it, now the water heater sticks outside of the closest. I’ve put in multiple orders for pest such as ants, spiders and gnats. Nobody has came out to spray, come to find out the apartment lost there contract with the pest control, but we still have to pay it monthly for it, when they aren’t coming to spray. That should be taken off my rent. We are suppose to have valet trash but the trash people never come and when they finally did they took my tr
