Love the location and building. People live here are nice too. It’s a hidden gem in the heights. Good for commuters and family. School is two blocks away.

The buliding is very nice, great location, close to city. So far my experience has been positive. Management has been responsive, and maintenance guys have been helpful.

Management doesn’t care about you unfortunately, never responds unless completely necessary, mold in fridge, broken clothes washer, broken dishwasher, broken key fobs, the lobby was cleaned once in a month since i’ve stayed, filthy elevators.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Worst management i have ever experienced. Apartment was filthy upon moving in. No one responds to you or gets back to you ever. Mail and packages were constantly being stolen. They will also steal your entire security deposit with 0 explanation or move out instructions. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Lived here for two years and the only things that are worth it was the terrace, the gym, energy efficiency, roof top view and the fact that it was a repurposed building. The worst part of this building complex is the management company, Green Property Management. They are an absentee landlord with abysmal communication regarding important issues. They only hired two maintenance employees for this 90 unit complex who are underpaid and overworked. By the way, they deducted an absurd amount from my security deposit because of scuff walls which was confirmed to be okay from the walkthrough with the Maintenance employee. If you are considering this place, lower your standards.
