This is in testimony of the quality work that Diprima Custom Homes delivers. We started our custom home build with another builder and it wasn't long before we realized the huge mistake we made. However, Diprima came to our rescue and complete our dream home build. Our experience was like night and day between the two companies and I cannot sing their praises loud enough! And it's worthy to mention we lived in a Diprima Custom home for 25 years without issue prior to this building experience. In fact all of our neighbors had issues including having to re-pipe their houses, but not ours. Diprima does not cut corners and cares about this community and their customers. It's not a business, it's a passion!

Love Laguna village. Quiet little neighborhood. Lovely homes.

If you want to live in a community of nasty, snooty people, this is the place for you. However, the homes are beautiful.
