Laguna Del Rey Apartments

This is one of the best hidden gems of living in LA. It's a 2 min walk to the beach, the town is small and super chill, and the apartment amenities are more than fine especially when you have the beach so close! We've loved living here especially during Covid when the rest of LA was shut down. The walls are thin, yes, but they are in all apt buildings. Big shout out to the maintenance staff - They are incredibly hard working and fix things fast. They're awesome. It feels like a little family down here. I will miss this place.

A nice place to live. Location is great. Things are decently quiet. The staff does send emails and text messages that are peppered a little too strongly with attitude. Like we’re children attitude. And we’re talking blasts to the entire apartment complex multiple times a month, sometimes weekly. Someone was parked over the lines? Terrible, are we parked illegally? No? Then why are you texting us? Why didn’t you just tow them? It’s a great way to ruin a vacation. We did gently correct and we were given a “sorry you feel that way” defensive response. So yeah, great at listening too.

The elevator has been out of service for MONTHS!! Management is very rude and doesn't want to solve any issues.

Great location, decent amenities, love the vibe of the neighborhood.

Lived there for the 93 quake and it didn't fall down
