Laguna Creek

So today we went looking for apartments and we ended up stopping here. This wasn’t our first choice, but it is where we ended up and I could not be happier that we stopped in here prior to this we had really bad experiences at multiple other properties in Elk Grove. So right off the bat Alyssa has absolutely amazing customer service. She is unbelievably friendly and one of the most helpful people I have ever come across at an apartment complex, she walked us through everything from start to finish. She sat with us while we tried to get everything set up online and even though they did not have the apartment ready to view that we wanted to look at we asked if we could see a smaller unit just to get an idea of what the inside of a unit looked like which she gladly showed us. RJ helped us with a quick fix, but what really stood out was his kindness and courtesy throughout the entire process. He was easy to work with and made the experience pleasant from start to finish. I’m genuinely happy to see him step into the role left by Kyle and feel confident he can handle it well.

I have been living at Laguna Creek Apartments for the past 6 months. I signed a lease for a year. I requested to break the lease due to the vandalism taking place within the complex. I, along with others, have had the car windows broken into and things taken out of the cars. This happened to me twice while living there. The 1st time it happened, the gate was broken down for months before being fixed. The second time, the gate was operating correctly. In the pictures that are posted, my window was broken out on the passenger side and then the driver's side. Along with other residents who have had their windows broken. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. You get charged for security, but you very rarely see them, and if you do, it's for a few minutes. Crime has no addr

The super attendant RJ was not only helpful in all of our request for the apartment but he made everything better than what we last had it. From the refrigerator to the dishwasher, garbage disposal & the electrical outlets this guy did it all in a timely matter. Happy to have people like him work for this apartment complex. I’ve lived here a couple years now and it’s been a really great experience! The front office staff have always been friendly and helpful. I’ve also been very impressed with the maintenance team, recently RJ was able to completely fix a few issues I was having the same day I submitted the request.
