Laguna Azul Apartments

I lived here for about two years and the issues are all the same as in the other reviews. The biggest issue is the roaches, water issues, and things are always breaking down. The people in the office need to be better trained in hospitality, they are always dumbfounded by the simplest questions and give you no real help when it comes to finding solutions to apartment issues. All in all this place is cheap but it just has too many issues and it lacks support from management.

This place... My husband and I lived here after we got married. They do paint every single thing white. When we moved in, we found bugs that had just been painted white. We found lots of laughable things. And the service we received was very very disappointing. Many things like our water being out for days, our power being out for days at a time. I understand the apartment may not be able to control these things but it was a disappointment that we were constantly losing food or unable to clean. There are bugs as well. We saw on a few occasions giant cockroaches. But, thankful, we never had a problem with bugs in our home. Our fridge went out twice while we lived there and the first time it was hardly even fixed. If I could I would rate it 0. They shut the power and water off almost every single day and can't go a week without one of those shutting off. When they do it stays off for more than a day and up to a week. Roach infested as well, they want to tell us the second someone is a little late paying rent that they'll take them to court or evict them but won't help fix anything they have problems with in their apartment and can't even keep their water and power on for the week, even a couple days straight. Also the water is almost always freezing cold with very rare chance of it being hot. Management is so bad.

Do not, I repeat do not live at this "COMPLEX" at all. On Saturday at 11:32 P.M. I parked my car on the 24 hr visitor parking. At 12:44 A.M. my car was towed away on orders odd Sonya the apartment manager. I am contacting my lawyer as we speak and will be sueing the towing company as well as Laguna Azul. The apartments are trash, they never fix anything and of your a month behind on rent, they illegally evict you. There are shootings once a month, illegal parties and there are drug deals done on premise which have been observed by many residents.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE..

My daughter lives at this apartment. It is roach infested and some of the the tenants have a mice infestation. They have not had hot water for over two weeks. Maintanence enters the property without notice and has walked in while she was naked! The maintenance man also said he lost the key to the apartment and they have things missing from their apartment. This is a complaint from other tenants as well. I have been there when they needed a dishwasher and they brought in a used one and it had a burned up motor. The office staff does not maintain normal business hours and throw tenants belongings in the trash when they are trying to move out. It is deplorable and the city knows and can verify. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be so glad when my family is able to m
