they didn't care about your time, i went there to pickup just 4 pallets , they charge me late fees of 250 $ and even after paying late fee i had to wait from 10 am to 6 pm for a dock

lazy people passed my appointment time used to be much better not anymore. They doesn’t care about the drivers.
