I loved everything about this property. Great people & neighborhood. Ms. Corina is heaven sent, she’s so helpful and attentive when it comes to her community and residents. I never had an issue with the tenants or apartment itself. 10/10 recommend.

This has been a good place to live. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there’s still a little room for improvement, but I have to give major props to Ms. Corina. She goes above and beyond for residents, communicates clearly, and always handles issues quickly. She’s a big part of why I’ve had a positive experience here.

I used to really enjoy living in this apartment complex don't get me wrong. Up until I needed something from the property manager. Crickets. The property manager only cares about rent being paid because god forbid you're even a day late on rent before she is contacting you but when you request something or need something you get no response. Oh and let's talk about how when it comes to maintenance. They will come up with whatever they can to make the issue your fault so you have to pay for it as if ware and tear is not a thing. This complex is only about money and not community no matter what the property manager tells you in your tour. Be cautious and hope you don't need anything from maintenance or the property manager because they really don't care as long as your rent is paid.

I lived here from May 2023. Rent kept increasing—from $925 to $1,150, then $1,260—so I moved out. The apartment had constant noise and monthly power outages. The real issue came after I left: I lost my entire $500 deposit, including $400 for “general cleaning,” even though I left the place clean. I recorded a video for proof. I understand the landlord deducting for things like oven cleaning, blinds and minor wall repairs—that's fair. But keeping the entire deposit is not acceptable. Corina was friendly before I signed the lease, but once I moved in, maintenance was ignored and rent was all that mattered. Her message after I moved out—“Definitely you didn’t clean”—was rude and unprofessional. Be cautious if you rent here. Document everything and don’t expect your deposit back without a fi
