Lafayette West Apartments

A great experience all around. Kim (the Leasing manager) went above and beyond all expectations to help and accommodate us in every way. She was very knowledgeable about the property and made things very easy (even though I was a handful). The small maintenance items that needed attention were dealt with right away and everyone (even the other tenants in the building) are friendly. The apartments are spacious, very quiet and very clean. The location for me is perfect as it's walking distance to downtown/work and on great road junctions to avoid major traffic when heavy. Feel very lucky to have found this place.

After a week of tirelessly searching for a place to call home, I finally found my sanctuary at Lafayette West. The moment I stepped into the leasing office, I felt a wave of relief. The leasing agent, Kim, greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, and her patience and informative nature made me feel at ease. I knew I had found my new home when I entered my unit! What's more, the approval process at Lafayette West was a breeze. I was able to move into my new unit the very next day. I highly recommend you join our community. You won't regret it! -Vaughn Adams

I am the first person to move into these apartments. Desiree ran this place with grace, however, This new management team is awful. Jessica hung up on me twice, and is very nasty. A couple residents I know personally already have a bad experience with her. She is not fit for this position.

I’ve been working with Kim and Desiree for a few weeks now and they are phenomenal! Such a professional and attentive staff, always with a warm welcome and great conversation. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and a great location - I highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking to make a move downtown!
