Lafayette Apartments

Trash! Just trash everywhere. Trashy parking lot, trash sitting outside empty dumpsters because people are too lazy to put it in a dumpster, trash all over the place and just trashy people. Couches, auto parts, trash and other household items piled on balconies. Cars being worked on in the parking lot, junk cars parked everywhere that don’t look like they’ve moved in months and empty beer cans everywhere. I was looking for a place to live but I’ll be looking elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even the homeless. Edit: I know multiple people who live here and they can’t wait to leave. Management might post a review comment and show concern, but trust me when I say they don’t care AT ALL. Shame on them for running such a disgusting place.

My experience with Angeles Carreno has been nothing but positive. She is helpful, polite, and very responsive. The management is outstanding and does a great job overall.

I’m currently checking out Lafayette Apartments and so far I’m really impressed—the location is perfect for commuting, the amenities look well-kept, and the staff has been super friendly and helpful during my tour. From what I’ve seen, the apartments are spacious and bright, and it feels like a comfortable, safe community. Definitely at the top of my list right now.

Angeles Carreno was amazing to work with. She is friendly, attentive, and makes everything easy. The management has been great and very supportive throughout the whole process.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! If you saw the rent special online the leasing staff reluctantly informed me that the apartments allocated for said “rent deal” are already gone. The communication process was not just informal but nearly nonexistent. One of the leading agents verbatim told me “we aren’t answering the phones at the moment because we have so many apps to process” I hope in the future the communication of this group will have improved.
