Ladora Modern

We got a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment! :) The level of professionalism and service from Ladora Moderns Apartments during the move-in is impressive. The staff, especially the property manager Joshua Morris was helpful and friendly, and made sure everything was ready. Joshua was incredibly responsive throughout the application process and after moving in. Prompt replies were received to all emails and calls. Furthermore, Joshua was very proactive and goes above and beyond. The home was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Overall, It was a fantastic experience and made my family and I feel welcomed.

We recently toured Ladora Modern and had the pleasure of working with Ashley, she was fantastic. Ashley was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She walked us through a variety of units and made sure we saw all the options that might work for us. She even had snacks ready for us, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The entire staff was extremely kind and professional, which made the tour feel warm and comfortable. As a Black and gay couple, feeling safe and welcome was a priority for us — and we absolutely did feel that here. We haven’t made a final decision yet, but Ladora Modern seems like a wonderful community and we would definitely recommend checking it out based on our experience.

My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for a year, and it was honestly a great experience from start to finish. The only reason we moved was because we’re expecting a baby in March 2026 and needed more space, otherwise we would’ve happily stayed longer. Management was always professional Josh and Justin were very helpful and always kind, overall staff was easy to communicate with. We only needed maintenance once the entire year, and it was taken care of the same day, which really shows how responsive they are. The community itself is quiet, clean, and the staff is consistently friendly. Before moving here we toured different apartments and had terrible service from the start, and when we toured Ladora we instantly saw a difference in professionalism and attitude. 10/10 would reco

There’s only three reasons to move here: 1. Location, if you work nearby. 2. The assistant property manager, Joshua. 3. Maintenance, they are always on top of the work orders. Other than that, there’s really no reason you should look into living in these apartments. If you’re in a townhome unit, the hallways always smell like trash. If you’re in a unit with upstairs/downstairs, the AC only cools the downstairs in the summertime, and during the winter the heater only warms the upstairs. Essentially uncomfortable year-round. Communication from the leasing agent is subpar. You’ll call to request something, she’ll tell you to submit it online, you submit it online — and then you won’t hear back unless you follow up. Ladora has cute apartments until you stay here for long and notice all the blemishes . Joshua is a great assistant property manager . I can’t say elizbeath has done much to help with anything since Ive moved in . I have loud upstair neighbors and tried placing complaints and elizabeath couldn’t have been less helpful . . She dismissed me . And now that im having these problems again she won’t even reply . My mail was previously misplaced and she was of no help . Lets just say dont count on her for help unless your Latina . Maintenance is sometimes good at fixing things I wouldn’t give them a 1st place award to say the least .
