Read reviews before leasing. Yes, quick maintenence response but it does nothing! Maintenance person works very hard to find excuses not to tend to Maintenance issues or repairs. You have to fight tooth and nail for them to even consider helping your issues. Since new tenants have moved in building A, there are big piles of poop and its caused fertilization burns all over the grass. I tell my kid not to ever touch or sit on the grass. It smells horrible at building A, even more so when it rains. Also, even before the newer tenants, the hallway on the Northside of bldg A smells absolutely foul with dog pee. If you dare to travel up to the third floor of bldg A, it gets worse. My kid & I like to walk the stairs but avoid our own bldg. There's dog feces in the hall and tenants leaving notes b
My husband and I have been living here for 1 year and 5 months, everything has always been great about living here, the apartments are clean for the most part besides the animal messes that do not get cleaned up, and our neighbors are nice as well. But lately it feels as if we’ve been dismissed a lot with our maintenance requests that were put in months ago and it feels really upsetting to us and hopefully this gets resolved soon. You would think for how much people pay for these apartments that the atmosphere and support from the staff would be better for the tenants living there.
I had to move to ABQ on short notice for work in Fall 2021. The first place I found was not a good living situation, with bug problems, bad neighbors, homeless people sleeping in the hallways, and a rude manager ineffectively running a rotating cast of young 20 somethings in the leasing office. In Spring 2022, I started searching for a new place to live. I found Ladera Vista on Google and stopped by same day for a tour. Management and staff were very friendly and empathetic to my situation. I applied on the spot. I liked it for these reasons: Dog friendly: I had two senior dogs (50 lbs and 70 lbs) who were a big consideration at the time. They have a gated dog park on site and areas for pets to relieve themselves. Pet fees apply (unless your dog is a service animal/ESA, documentation req
Honestly, this is a great place to live. It's a small community, very safe, very clean, pretty landscaping. The management is helpful and nice; the maintenance is very responsive and everything gets taken care of in a timely manner. The views are fantastic: you can wake up to the sunrise over the petroglyph hills and we often have ballons floating over us in the morning. The apartments are clean and nice - if I had it my way they would be bigger but it is worth it to have a nice clean safe happy home. The more I explore Albuquerque, the more I appreciate Ladera Vista apartments. It is in a very convenient location to access shopping and the interstate. My dogs like it, too - there is a fantastic dog park only a mile away and a little dog park on the grounds. It is always clean and stocked
Most unprofessional group of people working for this corporation. You can NEVER get a hold of anyone, the in person office regardless of working hours you’ll rarely find anyone there (almost never) email they provide is a non working email for corporate and Jalen Thompson “ community manager” with Ladera vista apartments in New Mexico likes to play the avoidance game when no answer can be provided, completely refused to give me contact information for corporate as well as not allowing Mariah receptionist to do her job and provide it herself. Been waiting over a month and almost two weeks when I was told it could take two-four weeks to get my deposit back and both have now surpassed a month and a week. Take your business elsewhere or at least make sure the company has reliable employees tha
