Ladera Apartments

The Ladera is an excellent facility the staff there was amazingly well to work with as I am searching for a new apartment for my daughter. It is definitely my top pic! Miss Jamie Hernandez was especially helpful in answering all questions professionally !!

I have lived at many apartment complexes and this one is by far my favorite. Staff is very nice and helpful, the pool is fabulous, dog wash - OMG YES!!! It is pretty quiet and the gym is super clean!

I checked out the Ladera apartments. The young lady I spoke with; Emari, was awesome! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable as well as being friendly. Dealing with great customer service makes the decision to rent here easy. ThanQ!

I’ve live here going on a year and 1/4 and it’s been my quiet nice home and neighborhood. I love my community and how it operates as well. Easy access to highway making great means for travel as well.

The new management has certainly changed things. The maintenance team shows up within 48 hours. We put a maintenance request in on a Saturday they were there Monday morning at 10 am. The office people are very nice and try to make everything better. They are fighting an uphill battle after all the stuff the last management company left them. We were there with them for 2 months before we left. At that point we had already decided to move out, however if this had been the team taking care of us the whole time I don’t think we would have moved. Jamie, the Assistant Community Manager was very helpful before we moved out and made the moving out process seamless.
