Lacy Management

It has been exactly one month since we moved into this house, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. From day one, things went wrong and the leasing company has done nothing to fix them. On move-in day, the access code they sent us didn’t work. We were left outside with movers waiting until someone finally provided a temporary code. Once inside, we realized we had no mail keys (still don’t, a month later), no garage code, and no remotes. After days of back and forth, we had to reset the garage code ourselves because no one from the company stepped up. Eventually, maintenance showed up with cheap universal remotes from Home Depot — days after we had already been inconvenienced. And that was only the beginning. James Dye was outstanding. Even though it was Sunday, he came out and fixed our water heater promptly. His work was fast, professional, and very well done. Everything was explained clearly, and the issue was resolved efficiently. We really appreciated his dedication and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Having to rent after my divorce it was quite an adjustment. Lacy Management has been amazing and I want to say Kudos to James Dye Called me and showed up right when he said. Couple of quick small items but seriously. What a nice guy. Keep up the good work guys. 👏

Lacy Management has been an absolute delight to work with. Through the application process, move in, and maintenance repairs, everything has been easy and efficient. I have interacted with at least 5 of their team members so far and they have ALL been very kind and helpful. James handles the maintenance repairs and he does an amazing job. I have been with Lacy Management for almost 6 years so far and I always have great service from the office to maintenance. I contacted the office for a minor maintenance issue and quickly received a response. I want to thank maintenance technician Saquan for coming to the rescue and quickly and efficiently fixing the problem. Thanks again Lacy Management and thank you for great technicians like Saquan!
