LA1446 Apartments

Went for a tour and would say this apartment has excellent decorations and a stunning look inside the apartment with affordable prices compared to others in the Hollywood area. The amenities are limited, but they have basic ones such as rooftop & views, the gym, free parking for residents, open space for BBQ, etc., They have 3 floors in total. I'd consider moving in if they still have the top floor open. I found other ones, so decided not to move forward. They're also located close to a Thai town with plenty of good foods option and a quiet area. Seems safe and a great option to consider if you're planning to move to the Hollywood area with affordable prices!

I could summarize LA1446 in one word - "WOW" - but I'll go ahead and say more. LA1446 is both gorgeous and run by a management team with true integrity. Leasing and moving in was a breeze, with management remaining incredibly responsive and supportive at every step of the way. This building has beauty AND brains! A quick highlight reel: A stunning rooftop lounge perfect for intimate gatherings, a modern & vibrant entry level common area, brilliant in-unit features (washer & dryer, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostats), and a brand new gym! Would I recommend LA1446 to my friends? My family? You? 100%

I would like to personally express my appreciation and gratitude to Avery. She was such a wonderful host with a beautiful personality! She made the apartment hunting experience with my girlfriend a true highlight. Thank you Avery.
