Jennifer, Kristyn, Damaris, Kolby, and Erik are amazing! I lived at La Via for almost three years and absolutely loved it. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and accommodating whenever I needed anything. The facilities are kept immaculate, and the units themselves are beautiful. The light color palette and open floor plans were one of the biggest things that attracted me to the apartments. The location is also fantastic. Being so close to downtown puts you right in the center of everything, and it’s just a short walk to Brewsters. The amenities are great as well, EV charging, a kombucha tap, community kitchen, game room, bocce court, and more. Honestly felt like living at a luxury hotel! Highly recommend living here!

I loved living at LaVia. My apartment was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful, especially Kristyn. The buildings are very walkable to downtown Petaluma and the river, so it was very convenient. My two reasons for not giving 5 stars - (1) it was really hard to make friends in this building. For all the community spaces and events management hosted, people really kept to themselves. For some, that's great. For others like me, who was new to the community, I had hoped more people would've been more outgoing, and (2) the rent increases were too high. I understand it's a business but I was already paying a lot for the apartment and when my lease ended, they raised the rent almost the maximum allowed by law and even more for a month-to-month lease. I wish they focused more on tenant retention b

We’ve been living at La Via for almost four months, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! A huge shoutout to the leasing office team - Benjamin, Yader, and Kristyn - for being so awesome. They are so friendly, helpful, and make you feel genuinely welcome. The maintenance team is also fantastic! They address issues quickly and efficiently. We were initially worried that living in an apartment building of this size might feel impersonal, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The entire La Via team goes above and beyond to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The building itself is super clean and feels very safe, which we really appreciate. The amenities are great, and we absolutely love being within walking distance to downtown Petaluma! Overall, we’re so glad we chose

After being here 6 months, I like the apartments, the staff, and the amenities. What you see on the tour is exactly what you get. The staff does a really good job on keeping things clean and if there's ever an issue marked urgent, it gets solved. It is a quiet place where mainly working adults live and hardly any children. There is a big dog population living in the apt buildings so that can come with its downfalls, but that isn't the staff's fault.

I know what you’re thinking. You’ve seen this place and thought: “That looks nice.” And you’re right. It does look nice. That’s how they get you. That’s how they got me. I needed a place that allowed dogs (which, if you’ve been apartment hunting, you know can be tough), and I fell for the modern design and the marketing about “luxury” living. But take it from someone who has lived here longer than most tenants—this place is not what it seems. What You’re Really Signing Up For: • Management is inconsistent at best, evasive at worst. Sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t. If you need something urgent fixed? Good luck. • Policies are selectively enforced. Tenants (not me) have received vague warnings about their dogs being “aggressive” with no specifics—meanwhile, the property mana
