The broker Theresa Robertson actually listened to me and then went to work to find exactly what I was describing. She did not give up and worked endlessly for me. Do not waste your time talking to brokers who do not listen to you. Just tell Theresa and watch her go!

I've had the pleasure of working with Kim Packo listing and purchasing in St. Johns County. She responds quickly and has been very kind to my Husband and I. We feel she truly cares about the process and our experience. I'd recommend her to friends or family in a heartbeat.

Worst experience dealing with a realtor (Kit). Contacted her boss regarding the issues and he was unwilling to accept responsibility. Misleading practices via email and phone conversation. Allowed buyers to move in prior to closing, but denied any knowledge if this. The list goes on and on. This review is from someone who has sold a home before, and has dealt with numerous realtors in the past. Look elsewhere, no matter how nice they might seem.

Awful experience with this brokerage. Huge issues with communication. Agent missed multiple contract deadlines. The agent either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care- both unacceptable. The broker/branch manager Tom was rude and not helpful at all. Their errors cost me to lose a significant amount of money. Buyer and seller beware!!!!
