La Residencia Apartments

Apartments are moderned. I don't have nothing bad to say about the apartments. The laundry on the other hand... They went from coins to mobile app which sucks. Takes a time to put your card details in the mobile app in order to use the laundry and I hate that.

It was easy getting approved and moving in. I have been here for two months. I love it here. I have not had any problems. Everybody keeps to themselves. The apartments are very spacious management is very friendly and they get things fixed right away. I would definitely recommend living here apartments are really spacious.

When I was in a bind trying to secure an apartment for my son’s last-minute relocation, I called countless places with no luck. Then I reached out to La Residencia, and Esmeralda immediately stepped up. She understood my urgency, assured me she could get a unit ready in just three days, and sent over all the paperwork right away. We completed everything electronically, the application was approved the same day, and three days later, my son was settled into a beautiful apartment.
