La Promesa Apartments

This place is a joke, they never answer the phone. They just let it ring. You cannot get in contact with them then they email you. You can’t email them back. There’s no office located directly at the apartments. It’s a hassle, asked to speak with corporate office or some one higher she said there isn’t anyone. Don’t waste your money on application fee, they will deny you so they can keep your money.

My mom lives here and she has had people break in her unit and the neighbors unit. calls security and onsite doesnt do anything. she calls and puts in several "tickets" for maintenance to come and they have not come to fix her stove. Its been a month she has been without using her stove. she calls the off site "office" and no one has answered. this place literally collects rent off the website and you are left on your own after that.

If people would stop littering, smoking marijuana on their porch, and not let their kids run wild this would be a decent place. Never had any problems with maintenance or office staff. They were always very helpful! Although we will be glad to be moving soon.

New owners took over. Started out good, now have trenches, irrigation lines to plants exposed for 4+ months. Plants over growing and covering the sidewalk and half the new plants dead. Job is half or not even half way completed. Raised the rent, said to take out the disrespectful tenants and bring good tenants in. All I get is a contact high from all the marijuana being smoked everytime I walk out and fighting neighbors all day and night. Yea, some change brought in. Still no good change, and new disrespectful raunchy tenants moved in. Was better with Our Family running it. Cant wait to move out. Dont waist your time or money here. New owners wont even speak to you or get back to you about a simple request. Contact available.

Nice place but tenants are a little crazy. The non profit foundation that controls it is awesome.
