La Plaza Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would the so called manager who refused to give me her name. Had such an ugly attitude just like her, STAY AWAY!!!they won’t solve anything for you, hot water don’t work and the pot hole situation is the worst, she does NOT know how to manage her property well AT ALL ,let alone know how to be a decent human being. I will be contacting HR about this because how does she still have a job working in apartment complex if she hates what she does?

If there was an option to put zero stars I would. Very unprofessional mangament, I got my car towed last night. I went to the office to file a claim because I pay for my reserved parking every month and they still took my vehicle. The lady in the attached message should get fired. She is very disrespectful and was blaming everything on me . She stated that she could not help me out after explaining that my car was wrongly towed.

These apartments are really cheap and affordable. I like how all bills are included. Helps me save up money. The area is great! There’s a lot of convenience stores all around. They have pest control service, that helps a lot. The maintenance and office ladies are so nice and help me out if I need help with my apartment.

About to call health department on them that’s how bad it is still no Ac been sitting in 90 and windows can’t even open and can’t leave door open cause people are literally killing each other out here in the apartments and breaking into them as well just walk around and you’ll see especially on the right side it’s so bad look at all the boarded up windows n doors and it still don’t keep them out

I wouldn't give this place no stars. Run. These apartments are infested with mice and roaches. The office personnel is rude. When you walk in the office, they look over you until they are ready to help you. They talk to you any kind of way. Then if you late and paying late fees, they find ways to add to your fees by submitting charges from months prior. Hot water is always getting turned off with no warning. They barely want to fix anything. I stayed there 2 years and they won't give me back my deposit.
