I lived in La Mirada Apart, I can say that it is an incredible place to live, friendly neighbors and super friendly staff, I never had a problem there, I can say that Bryan is an excellent manager. I wish that in all apartment complexes there was a Bryan, an excellent person and would do everything to help you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very satisfied with the maintenance and managerial services. My wife and I have been living here for nearly four years and they have gone above and beyond to help us and to work with us even when we were going through difficult times. Brian and Jesus are the best! We recently had issues with our refrigerator and Brian moved quickly to replace the whole unit. My wife and I are looking forward to spending many more years in this wonderful establishment that we have called home.

The staff is friendly, welcoming and by far amazing. We were very fortunate to get our apartment from one day to the next. Brian and Denise help us through the way and gave us peace of mind during application process and move. Brian is quick to respond to any tenant inquiry, Chuy is fast in getting work orders done. The establishment is family friendly. Highly recommend!!!!

La Mirada apartments are quiet and at times not but overall nice. The maintenance here is amazing. They do respond quickly to my calls. The scenery here is beautiful to me. they accept pets and I enjoy seeing them being walked. I enjoy the comfort of my apartment especially because all utilities are included in my rent. Thanks La Mirada apartment staff for making me feel welcomed.

When my little family and I was looking for another place to stay, we came across this apartment complex after a horrible experience at another. I was not impressed with the outside appearance, but I was so wrong! The apartment is cozy and quiet. The manager Brian is very understanding and takes care of all tenants (very rare). Everything is fixed right away with no hesitation or hassle. Although there is not any W/D connections in the unit, there is a laundry mat in the front. A small sacrifice for more amenities. Lights, gas, water, internet, and cable is included in your rent!!! Yes I know, where can you find a descent place that has all of this without costing you an arm and a leg? (I’ll wait) So, if you’re looking for comfort, affordable, and a quite place to stay, I highly recommend
