I do not recommend this place. My experience has been very negative. My car was damaged by a large truck in the parking lot, and I found it unusable when I woke up for work. Additionally, the parking gate was broken, leading to several vehicle break-ins. I submitted a notice to vacate, but the leasing office has ignored my emails and calls. Now, I am receiving calls from a collection agency claiming I owe them money, which is not true. They kept my deposit and added unjust charges. Furthermore, although I moved out nearly two years ago and my lease was with a different management company, I still receive emails demanding rent. I strongly advise potential tenants to consider other options.

These apartments look exactly how they are presented online !!!! The best experience I’ve had i highly recommend them. The appliances are upgraded as well .

Great house. Up to date appliance or cabinets . Prices are good. No bug problems. No noisy neighbors.

I loveeeeeee this place!! Office staff very professional at one point I was Gray on some things on my contract and I was upset I'm sure they new I was mad but she never lost her cool. I love the way she was understanding and explained every little thing I had question about. Very clean quiet no issues ever. Extending my lease!

I was one of the first residents to move in while construction was still in process. Initially, community (2930) and management (Isabel) were great. However, after Isabel left they slowly started to crumble. Visitors are not allowed to park inside of the gate. Therefore, you have to park outside and risk a break in or it getting stolen. As my boyfriend's truck was stolen a few months ago. The office manager did nothing and actually was defensive. She also refused to provide me with her manager's information. She was one of multiple faces in and out since Isabel left. Don't let your visitors park inside as they will park at their own risk, meaning they can/will be towed, as mine was. Trash is everywhere at times despite our valet trash service. You will periodically hear the music blarin
