La Madrid Apartments

I had a great experience visiting La Madrid Apartments. After touring a few other places, I can honestly say that this office staff had a welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable right away. Wendy was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions without any sign of frustration—even though I had a lot! The property itself is clean and very beautiful. Prices are unbeatable! When my lease is up, I definitely plan to return and apply here. Highly recommend!

If you’re considering moving to La Madrid apartments don’t. Unless, of course, you enjoy chasing down basic services like receiving your mail. I’ve been at my new unit for MORE than 3 months and they still haven’t provided me with a key to access my mailbox, or my back door patio. The maintenance here is an absolute joke. My dryer has been broken for over three months, and they’ve yet to replace it despite countless calls and complaints. On top of that, my garbage disposal and dishwasher are both non-functional, and—surprise!—those haven’t been fixed either. I still do not have a key to my back door patio I went on Friday to speak with the manager JD - SPOILER ALERT!! He wasn’t in office. I am going on my 4th year here I appreciate the manager so much for all he does even on his work days his still makes the property look great picking up trash very humble guy thanks JD !!! I plan on being here much longer my son has grown up here and has lots of friends looking forward to him starting school near by next year!

3 months....4 work order requests...only one visit by a maintenance guy.... Dishwasher still broken...Last time it was 3 months with a broken fridge and using an igloo cooler for 2 months and then finally a mini fridge MGMT provided 🙄 This is some slum lord level MGMT No repairs....broken down inoperable vehicles taking up prime parking spots...🙄 Had a crazy drunk chick twice try and kick my door in because she was too wasted to realize she lives a floor below....If I wasn't disabled and stuck I would move in a heartbeat. The fact I've had things broken for months on end with no attempt at repair despite numerous requests is just maddening. It's not JD, the Manager's fault. They give him no budget to work with. Most disrespectful community I’ve experienced. I don’t live here, but I live in the neighborhood by it. I don’t have a car, it’s a bike. May I ask why the people that live here just bolt out of their driveway? FYI YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO STOP BEFORE THE SIDEWALK!!! Thank you to the arrogant young lady with a bob, and glasses in a white car. You made my life so worth living! Thank you! You made me unable to work!! Thank you!! You made my life worse.
