La Lomita

I stopped in at La Lomita to offer my services to the community and although they weren’t ready to make a switch, this team provided me with the BEST customer service. They offered me water, gave me time to chat, and toured me around. This is seriously the cutest hidden gem! Danny and Vero are the kindest. They were willing and ready to help. They were even hosting the cutest resident event which had so much participation. La Lomita is a little piece of comfort! I would highly recommend this team and their community.

The front office creates a welcoming atmosphere, and Veronica is especially helpful. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the entire process. The way she guided me through everything felt steady and reassuring. I never once felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions or going on a showing, which I’ve unfortunately experienced elsewhere. Work orders are handled quickly, and things actually get done. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about the people she helps. I’m looking forward to the upcoming event in a few days. Resident service is truly 10 out of 10. 🥹😂😍 I would absolutely choose this experience again.

I’ve lived at La Lomita for about six months now, and moving here from out of state couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The office staff has been professional, courteous, and genuinely welcoming from the very first phone call I made to inquire about the property. That first impression carried through — I’ve felt at home here ever since. It’s been a comfortable, positive place to live.

I did submit an review I few weeks ago but since then the office has done above and beyond to help us enjoy our first place and I am thankful and appreciate the office for looking out for there residents. I would highly recommend these apartments, The office is very communicative and promptly. The view, walks and community is amazing.
