I had such a great experience with Marco Ramirez the apartment service manager . He was very quick and professional with my maintenance request and made me so happy to live at a place like this where they actually care .I did not expect for my maintenance order request to be handled that fast. All these stars are for Marco⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . I have lived here for a while now and the other staff is very friendly always saying hello and the property is so well kept and clean . It is nice to have a relaxing place . I love living here and if you are looking to move in this area I genuinely recommend it here , I want to be here as long as possible .

I really have enjoyed living here. It is very clean and the property is very well kept up. It has a resort feel to it. I enjoy all the amenities and the location is perfect for me. I do not anticipate leaving. I have seen others complain about the elevators / fire alarm but I have only had one elevator incident in the 6 months that I have lived here and it was not a big deal. The fire alarm was set off for about 10 min. once and immediately resolved. I have had to put in a few maintenance work order requests for some minor issues and were resolved with the help of Marco R. and Joe and they are excellent, professional and the reason why I also enjoy living here. La Jolla Palms is an awesome community already but this location makes you feel like home! The site is beautiful and maintenance team is by far the most responsive and sympathetic I have ever encountered. Marco was the main gentleman that has been assisting me with every request and it’s resolved so efficiently, and he actually uses great communication throughout the whole process. I’ve enjoy a bit of the staff but Marco R has always been the most respectful, passionate, and dedicated member of this staff during every interaction. Not only will you enjoy a comfortable and clean environment, but also sleep peacefully knowing you can rely on any situation being resolved promptly by Marco R with his dedication to make you feel safe at home.

There are not enough stars in the sky to rate Marco R. I really appreciate the service with the maintenance team, they are on a different level. Specifically the lead maintenance person, Marco R. He not only helped with the two orders we requested to get fixed ;but also a few other things and friendly advice too! The repairs were done quickly and neatly—everything works perfectly now! Thank you Marco for being so kind and helpful to our new home and us!
