La Hacienda Apartments

Moved in about a year ago, application process was very quick and easy. Lupe kept us up to date on our application status. For the most part it was a very quiet community, friendly neighbors and very affordable. The ladies in the office do communicate pretty well and maintenance is decent with service request. Now with that being said only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the lack of amenities, there is a playground but it’s run down and dangerous for small children, the laundromat is easily accessible however the machines were broken half the time and there were never any out of service signs to warn you, you just had to guess like a lottery pick and hope you chose one that worked. I’ve been here since June 30,2023. I know people think if you’re a work professional and making above minimum wages you should be living in the best apartment, condo or house but it is very expensive to live in Dallas. In my opinion these apartments are better than the apartment like the Pinks and the Browns. My experiences here have been good and usually when I have a problem and I bring it to the front office they do take care of it. Now with that being said there are some areas that do need some attention like when you ask to be placed on the roach weekly or monthly spary list they need to follow through on that. I did an application online that consisted of 2 adults. Which means the second adult has to do their own application. They took my money before the application was completed by the second adult. Now they are giving me a run around when I ask for them to give me my money back. They have no integrity. This alone causes me to not want to deal with this company.

When we moved here they justified the price because of the pool and laundry and other amenities. Well the pool a little after we moved in they closed it and filled it with dirt, the laundry machines are always broken and they never offer refunds for the money wasted, the other tenants are really gross throwing trash all over the place I can't take my dog for a walk without looking for broken bottles and sharp objects outside. The place it's infested with roaches, the ceiling it's always leaking and when we reported this things they never did nothing. If you like roaches hearing gunshots everynight and the smell of weed and drunkard piss this is the place to be

I love it here, it's really quiet and peaceful. The Beautiful ladies at the front office are amazing and make us fell relaxed, I would say if you are looking for apartment this is the place.
