La Hacienda Apartments

Worst place to live at! For 2 weeks dealing with a plumbing issues and no one to talk, no one to ask questions, no one at the office. First month in had issues with the bathroom didn’t get it fixed till 2 weeks later. Tried to get in touch with Regional or corporate but apparently you can’t ask for any information because no one wants to know anything.

Worst apartments I’ve been! If you looking for an apartment don’t even come near close. They are old and the management is a joke! Since ige been here, 6 times I’ve put work orders for different events. The water line clogged, my water heater broke down to the point my whole apartment was flooded. The dishwater sucks. The top apartment restroom broke down and left mold on my sealing. Bad bad bad! Just don’t waste your money over here… oh you call them just for them to say we’ll be there on Monday!! On Monday!!!? Today is Thursday with a flooded kitchen!

Nice apartment complex, management is ok. Rates are super high compared to other complexes in Brownsville that offer many more amenities. Complex will charge you for things like Trash Valet even when you don’t need nor use the service. I had a leak in my closet that ruined all of our clothes, maintenance was called several times to come fix it but it kept happening. When I told management about my personal belongings all she said was to wash it, fair enough though. I also got my tires slashed by one of the tenants there and when management was contacted they told me they didn’t know what problems I had with that tenant but to take care of it myself. At that time an old lady also got her tires slashed as well and I highly doubt they told her the same thing. Also, be careful with Maintenance

La hacienda apartments are a very neat and calm place to live in. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The manager is very sweet and kind. She is always willing to help you out with any questions. I would definitely recommend anyone to come visit and find out for themselves their next new home. 🏠

Horrible rates & service. Super expensive for how ran down the apartments are. There are bugs absolutely everywhere do not rent here. It’s disgusting.
