I would strongly advise against living here. Management appears to look for any opportunity to issue complaints or charge additional fees, even for minor or unreasonable matters (for example, being cited for leaving a broom outside). Ongoing maintenance issues are frequent and serious—our countertop began lifting due to water damage, a ceiling fan detached and fell, and a leaking bathtub caused damage to the unit below. Additionally, we experienced a significant cockroach infestation despite maintaining the apartment in a thoroughly clean condition. Overall, the recurring problems and excessive charges made this an extremely frustrating and costly living experience. Since we’ve moved out they are now trying to charge us for everything that we’ve been complaining about when we lived there .

Listen to the reviews even if you think that just a few negative comments. Coz I was that person till it happened to me. I have rented apartments before with my mom and never had a problem. I had lived in this place for 2 yrs. The start of me living here my window AC fell on my head while sleeping. There’s a gap under my door and insects come in. They got that fixed and I never bother them again until I renewed my lease June and asked them to do few things for maintenance. The lady said she would put the maintenance orders in never got done that I have to do it myself after a few months of waiting for the call to schedule it. They will smile at your face but when the moment that the time to actually put in work they will not do. They will give you sassy answer yell at you and will not le

I’ve lived here for over three years;and I love it !!The neighbors and staff are cordial and friendly ;the grounds are beautiful.Tall pines ,and people walk their dogs and everyone always says hello .It is a small studio apartment,true but the walls are thick ,and while feeling welcome I also have my privacy . I love my huge picture window and the tree right outside and view.I am an artist , and don’t have a studio so this is my cozy ,comfy home to make art ,read ,study and live in and I’m comfortable and feel safe here.They’re good about repairs ,and there’s walking paths ,the jacuzzi,pool area and a small gym.Also picnic areas and tables with grills all around and it’s worth living here for all the trees and green .The grounds are beautiful.We have ravens and at least one owl living here

I've lived at La Hacienda since March of 2022. I think it's a gem! The trees, lawns, pool, spa, tennis court and people are all lovely. I've found some truly sweet and kind people here. We really look out for each other. Irene and Santana (the office staff) are always helpful and try their best to give notice of all situations that may affect us. Santana is the best and knows everything!! I would like to see Gains Investment give more to this place to keep it running smoothly. I'm so glad I moved here and I plan to stay for a good while. And yes, that is my dog sitting on the lawn. ❤️

I’m a new resident at La Hacienda Apts and am very happy at my new home. I had help with the moving-in process from both Santana & Mykayla and they both went above and beyond. An issue came up with one of my A/C units and it was taken care of immediately. Anyone I have met, while walking my little dog on the beautiful grounds, has been quick to introduce themselves (and their fur baby) and I’ve been made to feel welcome.
