La Frontera Square

This complex actually feels like a community. I have lived here for 3.5 months and I honestly have not one negative thing to say. First time I went to the pool, strangers were willing to share food they grilled with me and my family. People talk to each other here, I don’t think I’ve experienced apartment living like this since the early 2000’s. Every day they are pressure washing something, or planting more flowers, or improving SOMETHING, it really makes me feel like they care about preserving the upscale vibe, which, I appreciate so much. Anything you need is walking distance, shopping, restaurants, bars, all a short walk. You can see the fire station from the complex too, which gives so much peace of mind. It’s a great place with great people.

Mara was my leasing agent! I have just moved in as of three weeks ago, and throughout the entire process Mara has been insanely thorough and considerate, going far above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! I cannot recommend working with her enough, she made me feel right at home the second I came in for a tour. She is extremely knowledgable and incredibly reliable, and makes me feel more like a resident than I ever have at any other apartment complex. I am so extremely happy to call La Frontera my home, and I wouldn't be able to do that without Mara's assistance. You guys have some EXCEPTIONAL staff, I look forward to the rest of the year, and beyond!!!!

Mara was my leasing agent. Came to look at apartments a few months ago, wasn’t quite ready to make the move yet. She was patient, kind and not pushy. Anytime I needed any info on availability or tour of different unit layouts she did it with no hesitation. Approval was fast and easy. Area is nice/safe and the views are great.

Love not only their office schedule is always promising, but to add the cherry on top, they have a great, very professional and organized staff, worked with me (a veteran) with great respect and patience. Together with a convenient place, above par garage parking, gym, lobby, and of course view this place will not fail you, to add to this review I have officially moved in!! And to no surprise they delivered i had complaints that were fixed with in literally less then 12 hours of my complaint. I Love this place!

I lived here for 18 months, and I enjoyed it! This was my first home in Round Rock after I relocated for a job. Special mention to Ryan who was there during my whole stay and responded to a lot of my inquiries. Things that I liked: - The apartments are spacious with high ceilings - Maintenance is very fast to respond to requests - The lounge is very nice, although it's only open when the leasing office is - The pool and hot tub are nice too - The park next door is great for walking your dog or jogging - They allow up to 2 pets - The deductions from my deposit were reasonable, and I got most of it back Some minor concerns: - The valet trash service didn't pick up trash sometimes.
