This is a great place for a family. It is quiet and clean. The manager, Ryan, is polite, friendly and always reachable by cell phone. Close to downtown. Great walk down to catch a Chihuahuas game! Easy access to I-10.

Beautiful apartments at a good location. Management is quick to resolve any issues you may have. There are no bugs at this location. Recommend this place to whom ever is looking for a place.

MANAGEMENT HAS STEPPED UP HERE.. HE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY CELL #..ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND IT SEEMS TO BE VERY QUIET THERE.. WHEN MY LEASE IS UP IM COMING HERE..2 BEDROOM APT FOR 519.00 IS WHAT I WAS QUOTED..DIDNT SEE ANY ROACHES ..I LIKE THE PARKING OFF THE STREET.. PLACE SMELLED NICE AFTER CARPETS WERE CLEANED OBVIOUS ONES WHO SAID IT SMELLED MIGHT NEEDED CLEANING ..HE SHOWED ME THE APARTMENTS THAT WERE AVAILABLE REALLY NICE PERSON.. 10 STARS !!

The phone number given here is a ghost number. The manager does not know what he says, changes his minds every often. The only answer he knows is " I don't know". Stinky smelling always. Maintenance service is horrible.

The manager Ryan is the best thing that happened to this place. He's friendly,honest and available anytime to help
