Thank you for excellent work on a leaking faucet . The Maintenance worker White Eagle came quickly, with nice new fixtures for the sink and the whole sink was disassembled and replaced within minutes! She also was very professional, quiet and never stood around and takes her job with serious courteous care! She is in all my life the best Maintenance worker ever! More than a nice job that was fast and thorough ! Sink is sparking and unique works Great! I nominate her a winner !

Patrick and Abi are AWESOME and THE BEST!!! I lost my set of keys at work and couldn't get into my apartment. They both went out of their way to help me change out my lock and get inside my apartment. Patrick and Abi are a great new asset to La Crosse Estates Apartments. Thank you, Patrick and Abi!

I am thrilled with the addition of Patrick and Abi. They are top notch managers. They actually listen to the concerns of the tenants and even take time to be socially fun. Been a tenant since 2020 and I recently left location due to how bad it has gotten in the past year. I applaud the new management for cracking down and removing the disrespectful and problem tenants out of there. Abbi is kind and she does care about this property. She worked with me on moving out and was very understanding about why. I wish they got there sooner and I hope it gets better. It’s all about respecting your neighbors and the property you reside on.
