La Crosse Apartments

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I give Lacrosse Apartments five stars. My daughter has lived here for four years, and my son and I have lived here for about two and a half years during that time. Over the years, management has transitioned, and I truly feel they finally have an excellent team in place. Rosemary has been here for several years and knows every inch of the complex. She is always bright, cheerful, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Ariana, the manager, runs a tight ship and makes sure her team is always on point. Chris, the new maintenance technician, is the best they’ve had in a long time — he goes above and beyond, even staying late when needed to ensure everything gets done right. Irina, the leasing agent, is incredibly kind and helpful. She genuinely cares about residents being happy and

We loved living at La Crosse! The apartments are beautiful and the property always looked nice. We loved the swimming pool in the summertime and the gym is nice! The maintenance team is awesome, always fixed stuff very quickly. Loved the pond on property, it’s a great spot for walking. We also had amazing people in our building, always stopping to chat, smile, or say hi to our daughter! Shoutout to Ariana and Kacey for being so very nice and professional!! If I were looking to live in an apartment again, I would choose La Crosse!

Terrible internet reception, being forced to use Net Vision. Did not give any other internet options. Contacted them multiple time including the Net Vision company, had 0 help. No response. No improvements. Had a contract with cox worked way better. Since they cut off all services with cox we have been using our own phone WiFi!! 3 weeks without WiFi! Took them that long to set up everything. Even though the service is set up WE STILL HAVE NO CONNECTION! We are not able to watch movies or videos, our phones are slower. Being forced to use this WiFi is such a terrible idea. Not continuing with my lease if we have to continue this internet program.

MOLDY Apartments DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I currently live here and have had problems since day one, I had spoken to one of the on site employees and mentioned mold on ceiling of bathroom when I moved in and was assured that someone would come and fix it before we moved in because we had 2 weeks before we fully moved in. They didn’t even come by to look at it, in fact “no-one else” even knew. We had mold in our living room pop up when it started raining last month and told multiple people about it and a leaking window which both are still not fixed. We have been given the run around for weeks, we finally got someone to come by and look at it my boyfriend and I were told to our faces that other people were having issues as well and that was why it was taking so long to get back to us. BLACK MOLD with Widespread Water Damage (7/5/25) This is an update to my initial review. Since bringing up the first area of mold and water damage, we discovered an even larger area with BLACK MOLD and an infestation of ants and spiders. I have attached pictures of this area of BLACK MOLD. To give credit where credit is due, Rosemary and Chris have been very helpful with the first area of mold and water damage. To clarify the statement from La Crosse about us "not contacting regional management," I have called regional manager several times. She is never available when I call her, and I leave voicemails telling her to call me back. We have ABSOLUTELY been trying to contact Key Management and we have voicemails and call records to prove it. This is yet another pattern of the on-site staff
