Steer clear of this place unless you absolutely have to stay here. The apartment manager is a nightmare, sending out a personal text if anyone dares to use the front office parking spots even if less than five minutes. When I first moved in, I was told that the bath had somehow gotten damaged before we had moved in and that there was a patch there. We were informed this would be fixed at a later date scheduled time. It has been 5 years and this has still not been fixed. I feel sorry for anyone needing real maintenance done on their apartment because they never check the new app they had us all download. I put an urgent maintenance request out on a Friday morning about the front door. It is now weeks later and they STILL have not responded (I already had to have it fixed myself, and good lu

The whole time living here I could not tell if manager (Marian) Was a manager or a dictator. From the moment you move in she monitors everything you do and the way you do it. When walking into the office for anything everytime I was instantly met with harsh and rude mannerisms and just an ugly tone. The apartment itself I loved but would not recommend unless you want to live with something far worse than your parents again. She takes management to the next level and turns it into a jail by micromanaging everyone and everything.( by the way this is a recurring issue with almost everyone that lives/ has lived there not an individual issue )

Great place to rent from. My husband and I have lived here 4 years and have never had a problem with management or maintenance. Anytime we have had an issue with the apartment: leaking sink, hot water heater, shower not working, we put in a work order & maintenance fixes it withing two days. Maintenance always leaves a note saying they were in the apartment. The apartments are pet friendly and as of this year became smoke free as well. There are no issues with roaches or scorpions because the exterminators come once a month to spray inside AND outside the apartments. The grounds are kept very clean and very maintained. It's mostly quiet around here. We are right beside HEB AND the park. I have and would recommend these apartments to anyone. For those of you that have complained,

I’ve lived here for going on 3 years. There is no respect in the facility, besides the maintenance gentlemen. I can only live here now, because they don’t see student laws. I have to pay month to month with an extra $100 fee. So we’re all going broke. Thank you. Don’t live here.

Not the one to usually complain or leave bad reviews on anything... but, this was me and my fiancée’s first apartment and management is the absolute WORST. Was told when signing the lease that our bathtub wasn’t ready just yet and they would come fix it within weeks... never happened. Our bathtub was not only peeling from all edges but was rotten!! Our stove broke and we waited a month to get a new one. Felt like everything we did was wrong. Every time I would go into the office and pay our rent, I would always be prepared to get told something. Very unprofessional people. Definitely don’t recommend these apartments to anyone. So happy we didn’t renew and happy where we are now.
