La Belle Apartments

I have stayed in several different apartment complexes in a couple different states and while the apartments themselves have all been pretty good, the difference in Leasing Office customer service has been night and day here. Shannon has been awesome to work with; extremely communicative, overly accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the tenants are taken care of, all of which I had never experienced anywhere close to this level at previous leasing offices. This complex is quiet, safe, and very budget friendly. I've never had to complain about noise, felt unsafe in the area, and the apartments are easily 20% less expensive than an equivalent floor plan at another complex. All in all, i would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live in the

Absolutely amazing landlords and the best bang for your buck with rising rent costs. They are kind of hard to contact at first since they have restricted office hours, but once you find a good way to contact them they are ON IT! Our refrigerator quit working at 9 PM on a Saturday. Sunday at 8AM we had a new fridge. Great layouts, and very clean. Only 1 parking space per apartment as whoever constructed the place (former owner/ landlord) must have prioritized more buildings for parking spaces. But nonetheless, parking on the street is allowed and they aren't busy roads at all! So I definitely wouldn't let that be a deal breaker!

Yesterday I signed paperwork to move in. It was last minute. The apartment wasn't ready. But the owners had their maintenance man working on it. I moved in today, and everything was as it was said was going to be. This apartment is spotless! The only appliances they don't supply are washer and dryer. I am very pleased. My family is in the real estate business back home in Southern California. And these folks do business just like we do. Straight forward. Thank you, LaBelle Homes! You guys made this a seamless transaction.

Avoid this place at all costs. The landlords are terrible and don't care about anyone or anything besides collecting rent and going on vacations. For a year now I've been putting in maintenance requests for a blocked dryer exhaust vent (a fire hazard which I inherited) and the most they've done about it is send me an email 6 months ago saying they just got back from vacation and will look into it. Then my closet door falls off after less than a year of normal use and after 3 months of submitting work orders for that, it's still not fixed. Now, the plumbing under the kitchen sink has come undone and they still haven't responding to my request to have that problem fixed either. In conclusion, the landlords do not care about their tenets, only their money. Do not rent.
