It is what it is.... Don't let them excite you with telling you it has a park and toddler jungle gym.... Literally just a single rinky dink set up... Ya it's all a little one needs but definitely not all the wonders of a kids playground!!!:

I wish I could give them no starts. They go through property managers every other month. Nothing was every really fixed in my apartment they would just come in and half ass it. There was never anyone in the office so we had to go straight to the maintenance then we would get told Oh no you have to call in a maintenance order. 3 months later there they are knocking on my door to fix something I forgot about putting a work order in. My ceiling was leaking bad after every bit of rain. What did they do put puddy and go away. My apartment got infested with roaches when my old neighbors moved out. It took me more than 6 months to get someone in my home to spray properly because there old pest control guy walked in and sprayed just a certain area in the kitchen and would walk out. I cannot believ
