L6 Apartments

This is a great place to live! Easy to get downtown or to the university using the streetcar. Place had been cleaned and painted before move in. Management is very responsive about issues and seems genuinely interested in tenant retention. Plus the view of the sunsets or storms from the second floor is great!

I've lived at L6 (managed by Bright Properties) for a few months now and I would definitely recommend it, or any of the other Bright Properties. L6 is in a great neighborhood and it walkable to downtown or the U of A. Its also close to a tram stop. Management is also very quick to reply to messages!

I've lived at the L6 apartments for two years now and it's an amazing complex! The property manager is very responsive, and every request or issue has been taken care of well and quickly. The other residents are friendly and respectful; this is a great find in Tucson!

This is my second year living at L6 and I will likely renew! The staff are helpful and quick to fix things, I love my wood floors, and it’s super quiet! Great apartment for graduate students!

Being a student at UofA, the location is very convenient as it is close to the campus. I can either walk or bike there depending on my mood. This place is super quiet, and all the neighbors seem nice and respectful.
