Charles Dawe and his property management division are the worst, most horrible company I've ever dealt with. We used them to rent out our historic home and in over 2 years they never visited the property, did 0 maintenance or checks on the home. It was destroyed and we had $25,000 in damages as a result! Please do not ever consider using this service. They are unethical as we paid monthly fees for property management and the tenants told us they never even showed up once. The tenants left due to lack of property mangement.
