Craig and Christopher made the process as easy as possible. We began the loan process just as I had emergency surgery. They were very accommodating in reassuring us we could wait on providing documents until I got out of the hospital. They were great at explaining processes to my grandson who is the co-maker. They were very responsive and got things done as quickly as possible and accomplished a closing at the expected date.
