If I could give them a 0 star I would. This is the worse company to deal with. They do not answer phone calls or communicate with homeowners. No one is ever at the office and it says by appointment only but you cannot get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. We live on a pond in our neighborhood and it has so much algae buildup that I feel like I live on a swamp. Maintenance request have been placed but nothing is being done.

I have worked with HOA's and other property management companies for over 20 years and I find KSPM to be extremely difficult to communicate with. Their office is not open to the public/homeowners and when you call their recorded message states that they do not answer calls directly (really?) so you never get to speak with anyone. When you submit questions through the homeowner portal, email or leave a phone message they are more than slow to respond, if they ever do (one portal request I placed in mid-April was not answered until September and a voice mail I left in late June was never responded to). They are extremely unprofessional and I have received some incorrect information from the owner regarding city requirements that apply to the subdivision I purchased a home in. In addition, KS

If I could give no star I would. My house and property were trashed in just a short time with this company. They didn’t do a single walk through in over 2 years.

My husband and I are so impressed with how attentive this property management company has been! We had a maintenance issue, which was resolved within 24 hours promptly, we are very impressed, thank yall!

If it weren't for Kaci we wouldn't be in the beautiful home we are in now. Everyone within the company is always so friendly and helpful....and if ever, there is an issue...THEY ARE ON IT IN A JIFFY! They take care of you and I LIKE THAT! If you're looking for a home to buy, sell or rent give them a call....I promise you won't regret it! 😊
