I purchased two investment homes through Krutz Properties. During the due diligence we negotiated, wrote contracts, had inspections, cancelled contracts, etc. It was a lot of work and my agent wasn't meeting my expectations. This review started out to be negative and I thought this last closing would never take place. And it may not except for the Laurie Weingart, who stepped in to handle the details personally after I expressed my displeasure with my experience. She refused to tolerate my agents poor performance. Anyone could have a problem but it’s how you step up to handle it that truly makes this agency special. Would highly recommend.
